1. Information processed and why
NowLeave is an iPhone app that uses the departure and arrival times you enter to show trip records and a suggested departure time for today.
The following information is stored on your iPhone to provide app features:
- Origin and destination names you enter
- Departure and arrival times, completed travel times, and any trip in progress
- Target arrival times, departure reminder settings, and your selected default destination
- A recent summary for the widget and quick-record requests
Your trip records are not uploaded to servers operated by Collinworks or NowLeave. NowLeave may use Apple iCloud private database so another iPhone signed in with the same Apple ID can stay in sync. There is no Apple Watch app.
2. Location information
Core recording features work without location permission. NowLeave does not continuously track your route or create a live location history. Arrival detection is off until you turn it on in Settings. Then it only checks when you leave a saved origin or arrive near a saved destination, and it asks in a notification before saving a record. Always location permission is requested only after both pins are saved and you turn the feature on.
If you save origin and destination pins, NowLeave sends those coordinates to Apple Maps routing (MapKit Directions) so it can show a leave time before you have trip records. This request does not go through a Collinworks server, and it is not sent unless you save pins. Korean place search may use Kakao Local when configured; English and other searches use Apple Maps search.
NowLeave may use Apple iCloud private database so destinations and trip records can stay in sync on other iPhones with the same Apple ID. Delete records in Settings removes trip records on this iPhone and the matched iCloud records. They are not sent to a Collinworks server.
3. Notifications and widgets
Departure reminders are delivered through iOS only when you enable them in NowLeave. You can turn them off at any time in NowLeave or iPhone Settings.
The widget uses an iOS App Group to read a local summary on the same iPhone and place quick departure or arrival requests in a shared queue. The app applies these requests to your local trip records when it opens.
4. Third-party SDKs and external processing
NowLeave uses Firebase Crashlytics to diagnose stability problems. When the app crashes, Google Firebase may process the crash stack, related app state, device and operating system information, and SDK performance information. Firebase Analytics is not included.
NowLeave does not send destination names, origin names, location coordinates, trip records, or notes you enter as Crashlytics custom keys or logs. Crash and diagnostic information is used to diagnose errors and improve stability.
The current public version does not include advertising SDKs, ad banners, or an ad consent surface. Advertising may be considered in a future update, and this policy and the App Store privacy details will be updated before it is introduced.

5. Retention and deletion
Trip records and app settings remain on your iPhone, and in Apple iCloud private database when sync is available, until you delete them in the app or delete the app. Delete records removes saved departure and arrival records, any trip in progress, cached summaries, and matched iCloud trip records while keeping destinations and basic settings. Delete the app to remove destinations and settings as well.
Google’s service policies apply to the retention and deletion of Crashlytics diagnostic information. You may send privacy or diagnostic deletion requests to the address below.
6. Your choices and rights
You can review, edit, and delete trip records in NowLeave and change notification permission in iPhone Settings. Because NowLeave has no account or trip records stored on its own servers, there is no server-account deletion process.
For access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, or other privacy questions, email the address below. We may request only the minimum information needed to verify and process your request.
7. Website
This public information website does not display Google AdSense ads. This policy will be updated before ads or separate automated collection tools are introduced.
