NowLeave is an iPhone app that records departure and arrival times and uses your past trips to help you decide when to leave today.

Frequently asked questions

Is location permission required?

No. You can manually record departures and arrivals in the app or widget without location permission. NowLeave does not continuously track your route. Arrival detection is off until you turn it on in Settings; it asks in a notification before saving a record. If you save origin and destination pins, NowLeave can show a leave time from Apple Maps. Those coordinates are not sent to a Collinworks server.

Where are my records stored?

NowLeave records are stored locally on your iPhone and can stay in sync on other iPhones with the same Apple ID. There is no NowLeave account, NowLeave server, or Apple Watch app.

Can I delete my records?

Yes. Use Delete records in Settings to remove departure and arrival records on this iPhone and other iPhones with the same Apple ID. Your destinations and basic settings remain.

What if a widget record does not appear immediately?

Open NowLeave once. A widget quick-record request is stored in a shared queue on the same device and applied to your local records when the app opens.

Does NowLeave show ads?

The current public version does not include advertising. Advertising may be considered in a future update, and the privacy policy and App Store privacy details will be updated before it is introduced.
